Our Policies


We seriously doubt you'll want to, but you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We kindly ask that the product is returned in its original packaging and with its packing slip. You can send return shipments to us: 4110B Gallatin Pike, Nashville TN 37216. 

In order for the refund to process smoothly (like butter), please shoot us an email so we can coordinate with you: info@waxpops.com


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


If you're not thrilled with what you've ordered, we're happy to swap it out for another product. To qualify for an exchange, the product must be returned to us unused in its original packaging. Once we receive the original items from you, we will ship out the exchanged products. You may exchange a product for another product of equal or lesser value.

Not sure which scent you want to try? We get it. Buying scents online can be a gamble, which is why we make scent samples so you can preview a scent before purchasing a full-size product.
