Subscription Box FAQ

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

You will be charged on the day that you enroll and once per month on this date (unless you cancel or skip). If you sign up on August 5th, you will be billed on September 5th, October 5th, etc.

WHAT WILL IT COST?

$20/month, which includes free shipping. 

WHEN WILL MY BOX SHIP?

All subscription boxes will ship out on the 10th of each month. To receive a monthly subscription box, you must enroll by the 9th of that month. If you enroll after the 9th, your subscription will begin the following month. 

WHAT COMES IN MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

You'll get 2 packs of our premium wax melts in each subscription box. You'll get 1 pack from our classic collection & 1 limited-edition pack that's exclusively available to monthly subscribers. Each box has enough melts for 200+ hours of burn time.

WHAT KIND OF SCENTS ARE IN THE SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

We'll only send seasonally-appropriate scents in each box. We won't send you pumpkin-scented melts in May, but you might see them in the October box (hint, hint!).  

WHEN WILL I KNOW THE SCENTS OF NEXT MONTH'S BOX?

We'll send you an email on the 5th of each month with a description of the next month's scents. You can subscribe to these release emails here. 

CAN I CANCEL OR SKIP?

Absolutely. Just log into your account here & adjust your subscription anytime.
Your subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel it. If you need any help, just email us: info@waxpops.com. 

DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?

Absolutely not- free shipping is included in our subscription boxes. Any other products you order will be charged a separate shipping fee.
