You should change your wax melts whenever you can no longer smell the fragrance. Our waxpops are made to last for 20-25 burn hours per pop. We recommend switching your waxpops once per week (light users) or twice per week (heavy users).
Don't you worry, we've thought of this. Our waxpops are made with coconut wax and shiny luster dust, which can transfer to your hands when you're moving the products. If you'd prefer to avoid direct contact with the waxpops, you can try our Red Cedar Waxpop Tongs to move your products from box to warmer.
We offer electric wax warmers that work perfectly with waxpops. These electric wax warmers are operated by an 'on/off' switch. Please refer to the manufacturer's brochure for specific details about warmer care.
Place your wax melts in the top dish before switching your warmer to 'on'.
Our waxpops are compatible with most warmers designed to melt wax, even those from other manufacturers. If your warmer has a large melting bowl, you may need to use 2 waxpops to cover the surface area. Waxpops work with most tea light and electric wax warmers.
We firmly believe that you should be satisfied with your wax melts. If you are unsatisfied with the scent of your waxpops, we are happy to exchange them for a different scent. Note: you may be subject to additional shipping costs to process the exchange.
Our return policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not permit the return of gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
